MANUFACTURE
State-of-the-art manufacturing systems guarantee the integrity of each step in the manufacturing process. 100% board level and sequential assembly step testing are performed on HiQ designed proprietary testers. Every unit goes through final assembly performance testing to ensure that each unit meets the high-performance standards designed into the product.

HiQ Solar is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bringING technology to market through partnerships with large solar system manufacturers and installation companies that use standard or customized versions of products. They also have OEM relationships with other inverter manufacturers for which they provide custom versions of products that enable them to broaden their product line by taking advantage of manufacturing scale and unique, disruptive technology.
Their partners benefit from HiQ in two important ways: (1) access to expertise in developing innovative power electronics products to get to market faster with more competitive products, and (2) access to manufacturing expertise in conjunction with Flex, our contract manufacturer, to provide the most cost-effective production by leveraging high volume part procurement and manufacturing that is shared.
